Meeting Minutes September 2019
FOP 82 Members,
- The meeting was called to order at 1830 by FOP 82 Secretary.
- Roll Call-Quorum-Proxy – Quorum was NOT reached by present FOP board members.
- Minute of July were NOT approved / No Quorum
- Discussed
- New shed purchased and installed in rear of lodge.
- Additional and new table and chairs for rental side discussed.
- Coins back in stock and accepting new orders via website.
- We were able to sell all the Haunted House Items to the Scare Fair located at the Cumming Fairgrounds. The scare fair is a nonprofit with all benefits going to the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life Forsyth.
The following is what we received for the items-- $1000.00
- Scare Fair Sponsorship 2019 & 2020
- Forsyth County Relay for Life Sponsor
- FOP 82 will be incorporated into the Haunted House theme
- Digital Media Commercial
- Vendor Spot at Scare Fair
- Everything is TAX DEDUCTIBLE

Our next lodge meeting is October 8, 2019. The lodge doors open and the grill fires up at 5:30 PM. Come have dinner and enjoy the amenities of the lodge before and after the meeting. We welcome your input and support.
